LEARNER'S MINDSET ALIGNMENT COURSE

Pilot

Is your teen reluctant to raise their hand and ask for help in class?

Do you find yourself thinking that they have so much potential, but their attitude, low confidence or lack of motivation hinders their success?

These are the tell tale signs of low self esteem, and unfortunately, this problem is rampant in today's youth, and only further exacerbated by social media and peer pressures they face.

A low self esteem is also what prevents them from adopting a learner's mindset. This can be either because they believe themselves to be unworthy of self actualization, which is the desire to achieve one's full potential (see Maslow's Hierarchy of needs below), or because they are more distracted by their lower level needs of belongingness and esteem among their peers.
